Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–6 business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. w367 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
w367 is obligated under its licensing terms to verify the identity of members before processing withdrawals. A withdrawal request may be delayed if identity verification documents have not been submitted or approved. w367 will not be liable for any delay in processing caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory verification documents provided by the Member.
All transactions on the w367 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a Member's payment provider conducts any internal currency conversion, the Member shall bear any associated fees or rate differentials. w367 does not apply any additional currency conversion charges to PKR transactions.
All bonuses, free bets, promotions, and special offers made available by w367 are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence over these general Terms for matters relating to that specific promotion.
Bonus funds credited to a Member's account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period, failing which any unmet bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
w367 reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. A determination of bonus abuse may result in account suspension.

A bet may be declared void by w367 under the following circumstances, among others: the event is cancelled or abandoned; a manifest pricing error occurred at the time the bet was placed; the relevant sporting event or game round did not complete under normal conditions; or the bet was placed after the relevant event or market had already concluded.
In the event of a technical failure on the w367 platform during a bet or casino game session, w367 will take reasonable steps to reconstruct the outcome of the affected session. If reconstruction is not possible, the bet or wager stake will be returned to the Member's account. w367 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
All casino game outcomes on the w367 platform are governed by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical action in monitored studio environments. Outcomes displayed in the Member's account are final unless otherwise determined by w367 in the resolution of a formal dispute.

w367 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member's account, with or without notice, where w367 reasonably believes that the Member has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continuation of the account would be contrary to w367's obligations under its gaming licence or applicable law.
Upon account termination, any real-money balance in a Member's account (net of any bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Balances associated with accounts terminated for breach of these Terms may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

w367 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the w367 platform with the updated revision date noted at the top of this page. Where an amendment is material and affects Members' rights in a significant way, w367 will take reasonable steps to notify Members — such as through a platform notification or email to the registered account address.
Your continued use of the w367 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3 above.
